Function removeClosePoints

removeClosePoints(points, image, options): Point[]
Finds extreme values of an image which are not stacked together.
Parameters
- points: Point[]
  Array of points that should be combined to improve.
- image: Image
  Image which extrema are calculated from.
- options: RemoveClosePointsOptions
  FilterPointsOptions
Returns Point[]
Array of Points.
