getBestKeypointsInRadius(keypoints, radius?): OrientedFastKeypoint[]
Return the best keypoints within the given radius in pixels.
Parameters
- keypoints: OrientedFastKeypoint[]
  Keypoints to process.
- radius: number = 5
  Minimum distance in pixels between two keypoints.
Returns OrientedFastKeypoint[]
The filtered keypoints.
